Privacy Policy

Effective: October 25, 2022

This Privacy Policy relates to the "Payday Loans for Bad Credit" app ("App") regarding the data collected by the App.

  1. Contents
  2. The operator of the Service cannot be counted as a broker or lender. The App does not influence any financial judgments. Instead, it delivers finance-related services in the loan area. The data the users supply is securely transferred to the third-party lenders that specify the details needed, like different loan terms.

  3. The Data the App Collects
  4. Personally identifiable information that may recognize a specific person and non-personally identifiable information that recognizes unspecified data that is not related to a particular individual - both are collected by the App.

Users fill in the online form to create a loan request from a lender, or they use the App to ask questions - at this time, it gathers personally identifiable information. This incorporates but is not limited to name, address, birth date, email, phone number, citizenship position, driver's license, career elements, frequency of wages, and some data about your banking account.

Non-personally identifiable information is collected through third-party tracking systems or the use of 'cookies'. This includes but is not limited to the user's IP address, access time, browser type, language, information about the links the user follows, and the spots of the App the user stays.

The Service can convey non-personally identifiable information to its suppliers and third parties for statistical and trend analysis.

  5. The way App Operates Personally Identifiable Information
  6. The data that is given by a user through the form is transferred to the partner lenders. The data may be manipulated to resolve any kind of technical problems or disputes that occurred or to execute contracts.

When leaving personally identifiable information in the form, users automatically give consent to share it with third parties (by the applicable law). The data can also be exploited for marketing and advertising purposes. App reserves the right to transfer, sell, or disclose the users' data to third parties.

The App operator doesn't admit to the data the customers supply in the request form. The loan demands the users submit are securely transferred to the trusted direct lenders participating in the web network.

By supplying the PII, the customers allow the lenders to reach them in any form via App concerning the loan request. Thus, applicants waive the right to file any claims related to these contacts to the FTC or any other agency.

  7. Sharing Personally Identifiable Information
  8. The Service provided by the App is given by third parties. The App can transmit your data to third parties to provide adequate Service. The App may also transfer personal data to the participating affiliates, lenders, and assignees whenever required. Third parties maintain privacy policies describing how they use and disclose personal data.

The App reveals the PII as a reply to a court order, subpoena, or similar investigative demand, request for cooperation from a law enforcement agency or other government agency; to establish or exercise the legal rights; to defend against legal claims, or as otherwise required by law.

  9. Opt-Out
  10. Users automatically opt in when they provide PII. In case the users get contacted by third parties, they have the right to opt out of any further communications.

  11. Other Sources
  12. The Service can connect to or transfer the users to third-party links that don't act under this Privacy Policy. We advise you to review the terms of use and the privacy policies of these sources you are taken to or about to be taken to.

  13. Changes
  14. The App policies, content, data, features, advertising, disclosures, and disclaimers may be modified, updated, revised, and/or supplemented at any time and without announcement.

  15. Children's Privacy
  16. The App is not created for use by individuals under the age of 18. The App does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from individuals under 18. Security Technologies are used within this App as matters of security to defend users' information from unauthorized benefit, any access, and revelation. When the data is sent to the lenders on the Internet, it is protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol encryption.

  17. Privacy Rights of California Residents
  18. There are some duties for companies that collect data from California residents and reveal such data to third parties for marketing objectives. They must respond to a request by a customer by preparing a list that describes the categories of data sent and the entities to which such information was provided. Alternatively, they can deliver a means by which a customer may opt out of having their information transmitted to third parties.

The Service has elected the second option, and you may opt out by conducting one or more forms on our Opt Out page. California residents can also file grievances and complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs by email ([email protected]).
